Nicaragua
has a 350
km beautiful, untouched Pacific
coastline with dramatic
cliffs, rocky outcrops and buffs
contrasting with secluded sandy
covers and inlets. You can find
beautiful sunsets, great in-shore
fishing, world-class surfing waves,
turtle sanctuaries and rich biodiversity.
Many compare the coastline with
parts of Californian or with Costa
Rica, others even comment that
some of the Pacific
beaches in Nicaragua “are
as Caribbean as you can get on
the Pacific.”
The majority of investment opportunities
are located in the south west,
between Astillero bay and Costa
Rica [view
map].
Investments predominate in 2 product
areas:
- Serviced lots of land (typically
with access roads, electricity
and water and with an ocean view)
- New modern developments.
Approximately 34% of all investments
on the Pacific Coast are for lots
but the highest demand is for new
builds – predominantly villas
and apartments/condominiums. Most
popular resorts are San Juan del
Sur, Paradise Bay, El Club del
Mar and Marsella
Average daytime temperatures throughout
the year range from 25-28ºC
(76-82ºF) peaking in April,
May and June. |
