Ko Chang is an island
located south east of Bangkok in

and since it is part of the
Mu Koh Chang National Park, it has received government protection ensuring
that

for property development to preserve its natural landscape.
Projections by the Thai government expect the impact
of increased awareness to continue to spur the local
property market. Currently, prices are increasing at
