Growth will further be fuelled by increased tourism – forecast to grow 60% in the next 10 years (source - World Travel & Tourism Council, March 2006). In addition, prudent economic policies are stimulating growth in the wider economy and providing encouragement for oversea property investors (all restrictions around foreign ownership of real estate have been removed).
