Accommodation;

The villa is accessed via a secure front door and you enter into a spacious hallway.
The hallway has a handy storage cabinet with space for coats and shoes, a lovely glass and wooden sliding door separates the hallway from the living room and adds to the delightful ambience of the villa.

We can then find the large living room/dining room.
The living room is a good size with room for multiple seating and dining arrangements and has a traditional Turkish wood burning fire called a soba. The room has dual aspect windows which look out over the complex.

The kitchen is accessed via sliding wooden doors and is a good size with plenty of floor and wall cabinets, a beautiful marble work surface and tiled splash back. The kitchen also benefits from a built in cooker and hob with extractor fan.

The ground floor also has a cloakroom, which is fully tiled with a W.C. and sink.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where we find the first three bedrooms.
