Set on the secluded slopes to the rear of the village of Styra, the land enjoys superb sea and mountain views. Comprising a total of 3.500 sq.m. it is within the village plan and can be split into five individual building plots of 700 sq.m. each. The plots are for sale individually although the owner will consider a sale of the whole, or of two plots together.

The slopes are wooded in many places and are criss - crossed with footpaths and old donkey tracks. The lanes which lead up from the village are the traditional two donkeys wide - just wide enough for a car. They are at present part surfaced and part rough surfaced. The land can be reached either from a lane which leads down to it as well as from lanes leading up to it.

This is a location which is popular with walkers, an especial attraction being the three ancient dragon houses (dragospitia) which are over 2,000 years old and are built of stones so large, that it was thought only dragons could have moved them into position.

The increase in activity holidays has led to a new taverna being built only a 2 minutes walk below the land - traditional home cooked Greek dishes on your door step. There is also a need for more holiday accommodation in the area for visitors, who are there mainly to enjoy the tranquility and the beauties of nature.

The plots present an excellent opportunity for those seeking their own holiday home or permanent residence, as well as for those who can also spot the possibility of a business opportunity.
