| Sunny Beach
is the largest resort in Bulgaria, located on the central stretch
of Black Sea coast. Spring and summer temperatures average over
80°F (26°C) and sea temperatures 73-77°F (23-25°C).
The beach is generally regarded as the best along the coast with
over 5 miles of fine golden sand and natural dunes. The sea is
clear and calm without tides so ideal for young families.
The Property Market
New developments are rapidly being built across the resort to
cater for the high demand. Accordingly, houses prices are increasing
at a fast rate but still some of the lowest across the Mediterranean
in Europe. With Bulgaria seeking to join the EU in 2007 this is
an excellent time to make an investment.
