Inspection trip to High Tatras, Slovakia (March 2nd or 9th)

The CERES Group offer you a unique opportunity to spend a weekend of skiing, hiking and snow-bound fun in the High Tatras in Slovakia, whilst at the same time learning about investment opportunities available in this picturesque region. Combined with the launch of our new alpine development located at the gateway to the Slovakian mountains- the city of Poprad- these limited-size inspection trips promises to rival last year’s fun-filled tour of the Czech ski region.

The High Tatras have played host to the World Ski Championships and European Ski Jumping Championships and is home to the largest concentration of ski runs, jumps, cable cars and rental shops in the country. For non-skiers, the surrounding trails offer winter hikes with over 13,000 Km of clearly marked routes cutting through forests, glacial lakes and mountains and there are numerous other action-packed activities such as bob-sledding, tobogganing, and snow biking.

The Offer

The trip will be limited to a maximum of 10 people in order to ensure you get the most out of the trip and throughout the whole trip, from arrival at the airport in Bratislava to drop-off back at the airport, two of our team members will be there to answer any questions you might have about investing in to Slovakia. There are currently two trips organized for the month of March on 2nd and 9th.

Property developments viewed will include the Hrabovo Lakeside Ski Apartments (see opposite) which start are just £33,000 and are hidden in a lovely corner of the Ruzomberok skiing resort.

The expected cost of this package is 299 GBP per person, but this will increase as flight prices are increasing weekly. As we are limited in availability and price, we encourage you to book as soon as possible. The trip includes:

• Return flights from London Stanstead to Bratislava
• Pick-up from the airport by one of our CERES team members
• Transfers from Bratislava to Poprad and back again
• Two nights accommodation in the Best Western Hotel located in the High Tatras (incl. b’fast)

Hrabovo Lakeside Ski Apartments

• Seven traditionally-styled apartment buildings lying on the banks of the peaceful Hrabovo Lake will provide recreation and relaxation all year round in the magnificent serenity of the Slovakian mountains.
• The project’s exclusive location means that despite such peaceful surroundings, the town centre of Ružomberok is easily reached, whilst a cabin cableway leading from the residence will allow guests direct access to the park's ski-slopes.
• Although the park's skiing is fantastic, with over 12km of downhill tracks, it's not the only activity on offer. In the warmer months the mountains are rich with natural life, making hiking, mountain-biking and rock-climbing attractive possibilities. Local day-trips can include the Besenová thermal park, the Tatralandia aqua-park and any of the incredible limestone caves which thread under the mountains.
