show properties matching each client's specific requirements.
Itinerary
Malta Homes provide all the relevant information a buyer
requires in order to feel educated, comfortable and confident in a decision
to
buy in Malta. This includes:

Cost i.e.:
Notary, Architect, Stamp Duty, Permits (If Required), Schooling,
Banking, Exchange, Tax Issues, Retail i.e.: kitchens / furniture / electrical
appliances / bathrooms.
- Trade i.e.: Builders / Painters / Electricians
/ Plumbers
/ Carpenters / Air Conditioning Fitters.
- General information about living in Malta, from a foreigner residing in Malta
for the last 10 years and a member of the British Residents Association.
