Slovenia is one of the least mature of the emerging markets in Europe. However, since EU membership in 2004, the government has carefully implemented polices to increase both domestic ownership of property and foreign ownership. Property is now producing double digit growth leading one survey to predict a rise of 270% over 10 years (source: Channel 4).
