International Housing Solutions, a joint venture specialising in financing affordable housing developments,has received USD175m in capital for its newly-launched South Africa Workforce Housing Fund. IHS was established in 2005 as a joint venture between Municipal Mortgage & Equity, and Howard Eurocape, a Dublin-based property investment and development group. May 8, 2008
