Knight Frank to Launch US$1 billion Fund in India
Through its private equity arm, Knight Frank, one of the largest UK firms of property agents, is launching a US$ 1 billion fund targeting the housing market in India. With more than 12 years of experience in India, this is the first time the company is committing its own money which it also hopes will attract outside investors.

Joint Venture between Property Fund Manager Cordea Savills and the Nichani Group launch real estate fund
International property fund manager Cordea Savills and the Nichani Group, an Indian family business, have launched a joint venture, Cordea Nichani, to provide investors with fund products giving access to the growth areas of India's economy.
