According to a study by DSL Exhibitions, a leading organizer of international real estate exhibitions, there is an increasing market demand for international real estate in the Middle East . Results of the survey showed that 80 percent of the potential visitors to the Worldwide Property Show in Dubai thought that an international real estate is a viable investment option.
“International real estate is becoming a highly attractive proposition both for balancing investment portfolios and also for residential and retirement purposes.”, said Tessa Morris, Marketing Director, DSL Exhibitions.
The survey also indicated 7 percent of respondents were interested in property in Eastern Europe. Another 5 expressed definite interest in Indian and Pakistani markets.
